FastPoultry ("we", "the platform") is operated by WETYR Corp. By using this site you agree to the following.

1. What the platform does

The platform is a directory and inquiry tool that connects buyers with breeders of live poultry, hatching eggs, and related equipment. We do not broker the sale, take title to the birds, or process payments between buyer and breeder. We provide listing infrastructure, NPIP-verification display, search, an optional Live Arrival Guarantee insurance product, and optional featured-placement advertising.

2. Breeder responsibilities

Breeders listing on the platform represent and warrant that they:

• Hold all required NPIP certifications and state licenses for interstate shipment.
• Comply with USDA APHIS 9 CFR Part 145 and destination-state regulations.
• Will not misrepresent breed purity, age, sex, NPIP status, or vaccination history.
• Respond to buyer inquiries within 5 business days.
• Honor their stated DOA / live arrival policies.
• Pay applicable taxes on sales conducted through buyer relationships originating on the platform.

3. Buyer responsibilities

Buyers agree to:

• Confirm destination-state import rules before purchase.
• Provide accurate contact information for breeder communication.
• Pick up live shipments at the destination USPS hub within 24 hours of arrival.
• Maintain proper husbandry (heat, food, water) on arrival.
• File any Live Arrival Guarantee claims within the applicable tier window with the required photo evidence.

4. Live Arrival Guarantee

The Live Arrival Guarantee is an optional insurance product offered by the platform. See the guarantee terms for tier definitions, claim windows, and payout details. Payouts are issued as platform store credit unless explicitly converted to cash refund at the platform's discretion. Tier 1 is included on every order without additional premium.

5. Prohibited content & conduct

You may not use the platform to:

• List birds you do not legally own or have authority to sell.
• Misrepresent NPIP status, breed, or any material listing attribute.
• List species prohibited under federal or destination-state law (e.g., releasable Wood Ducks without USFWS permit).
• Solicit off-platform transactions to evade dispute-resolution channels.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.

Violations result in listing removal, account suspension, or both, at our discretion.

6. Fees

Listing is free up to plan caps. Featured placements and Pro/Elite plan subscriptions are paid services billed monthly via Stripe. The Live Arrival Guarantee Tier 2/3 premium is collected at checkout from buyers. Full pricing is at /pricing.html.

7. Disputes

Disputes between buyer and breeder should first be resolved directly. The platform will mediate at its discretion. Guarantee claims are processed under the terms posted at /trust.html. Where mediation fails, parties retain their independent legal remedies.

8. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for losses related to bird health, breeder performance, transit losses outside the guarantee program, or third-party services (USPS, Stripe, Supabase, Resend).

9. Intellectual property

Site code, brand marks, and platform-generated content are owned by WETYR Corp. Listing photos and descriptions are owned by the contributing breeder, who grants the platform a non-exclusive license to display them.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email to registered breeders and posted at the top of this page with a 30-day notice period.
